Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you want to know before you order.

Ordering & Subscriptions

How do I order?
Our menu goes live every Wednesday evening at 8 PM. Browse the menu, pick your meals and sizes, and place your order before Sunday night.
What is the order cutoff?
Orders close Sunday night. Late orders cannot be accommodated as we begin preparing your meals first thing Monday morning.
Can I subscribe for weekly deliveries?
Yes! Join our quarterly subscription and receive all three meals delivered every single week — no ordering required. Contact us to get started.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order up to Monday noon for a full refund. Cancellations after that cannot be accommodated as we will have already begun preparing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Square. Your card is charged when you place your order.

Serving Sizes & Pricing

What are the serving sizes?
Small serves 1–2 adults, Medium serves 2 adults + 1–2 children, Large serves 2 adults + 2–3 children, and XL serves 4–5 adults. A child's serving is half of an adult serving.
How are portions measured?
Our meals are portioned by weight — an adult serving is 4–5 oz meat, 8 oz carbohydrates, and 4–6 oz of vegetables. This is much smaller than restaurant-size servings, so please order accordingly.
Any tips for first-time orderers?
If you are ordering for the first time or ordering for someone else, we recommend going up one size. If you are feeding more than 4 adults, you will likely need more than one meal. Feel free to email us to help decide which size is best for your family.
Are there combo deals?
Yes! Combo deals include one of each meal at a discounted price: Small Combo $105, Medium Combo $157, Large Combo $187, XL Combo $211. There is an upcharge for meals with steak and seafood.

Food Allergies & Ingredients

How do I report allergies?
Please list allergies in the notes section at checkout every time you order. We do not track allergies from week to week — you must disclose every time. We are currently unable to accommodate severe or life-threatening allergies.
Do you have gluten-free options?
While a lot of our food is already gluten-free or can be made gluten-free, we are not a gluten-free kitchen. You can choose a gluten-free option for combination dinners when ordering.
Do you use nuts?
We never use peanuts. Tree nuts will be clearly labeled (e.g. "Pecan Crusted Chicken Tenders"). Our pesto contains pine nuts. If you have a tree nut allergy, avoid meals that contain them.
Do you use coconut?
We regularly use organic cold-pressed coconut oil. If you have a coconut allergy, we would recommend that you not order from us.
What are your food quality standards?
No artificial flavors or colors, no processed canned foods, all natural foods (local and organic whenever possible), organic Non-GMO grains always, no hormones or antibiotics in meats, no unnecessary oil, fat, salt, or sugar, and sauces made from scratch with whole organic foods.

Cooking & Storage

Are the meals ready to eat?
No — our meals are not "ready to eat." They arrive fresh and are meant to be cooked in your oven. Each container has baking instructions on the lid.
How long do meals stay fresh?
We recommend eating your meals within 3–4 days of delivery. Our intent is to provide fresh, natural, preservative-free meals.
Can I freeze the meals?
Most of our meals freeze well, with the exception of some fresh or raw vegetables. Check the packaging for guidance.
Do I need any cooking experience?
None at all! Every meal comes with a label showing oven temperature and time. If you can set an oven and hit start, you can cook our meals.
